Ugh, brings me back to the disappointment of 4×19 when Bonnie a) didn’t get to kill Elena, b) came out the bad guy despite Elena attacking first, and c) Elena getting all the free passes because her humanity was off but Bonnie wasn’t given they same leeway and she was being taken over by expression, something a lot stronger than “ I can’t feel anything”.

That wasn’t even the worst part. The worst part was when she told Bonnie that she was a walking reminder of everything that bad in her life because she couldn’t bring Jeremy back.

It was like first of all, what level of entitlement do you have that thinks even for a bit that that’s Bonnie job, he was already on borrowed time because she brought him back before be thankful for that. Second of all, if you want to blame anyone for his death how about yourself because you couldn’t deal with something everyone else had forced on them and you had a choice. And lastly, what the fuck do you think seeing your face does to her–she has lost every important person in her life because of you, so to stand there like s your entitled to something from her and blame her for all your problems…go fuck yourself.

It’s people like you that keep spreading this nonsense about elena being a crappy friend to bonnie. She loved her and continues to love her she literally has sacrificed her life for Bonnie and is now in a casket away from HER boyfriend and friends who may not be alive when she wakes up. That is the ultimate sacrifice of love for someone. Stop being pathetic, and actually look at the show you are watching.

I literally tagged all the possible anti tags to avoid this kind of petty drama. I’m not getting into details because you seem to already be set in your ways and I highly doubt I will change that. But maybe you should rewatch the show and take of those biased goggles. It’s not even an argument – Elena is a crappy friend. One ‘sacrifice’ to the hundred sacrifices Bonnie has made for Elena doesn’t make Elena equal. Elena has constantly hurt her best friend numerous times, got her killed, aided in her losing her magic, ignored her and used her. Whereas all Bonnie has done is tried to help with Elena’s problems, making her life easier and going out of her way to do things for her. Would you really say that’s equal? 

Elena didn’t even sacrifice anything. She was in a coffin and would not only come back to see her boyfriend, but at the same exact age she was when she went in. What exactly does she lose? Because sacrifices, especially the way Bonnie had, involve losing something, Elena has never lost anything for Bonnie so the comparison was never valid to being with.
