If her subconscious thought he escaped wouldn’t he be wearing what she last saw him in? I wouldn’t exactly say she felt guilty for leaving him there but I know it means something that while he’s guilt tripping her in her dream he’s wearing the same thing he was when he was asking her for a chance.
I ship Bonnie with a lot of people but if your fic is going to have Kai in it and Bonkai isn’t endgame I’m not going to read it.
The only exception I have to this is Tonnie and that’s a) because there’s so few fics with them and b) due to their positions as worst treated characters it’s the only ship I can reasonably see shipped over Bonkai. But this is something I’ve never come across and probably never will.
