I have a survey for you. It’s not a short one, it’s between 26-31 questions depending on your answers and some of those you have to write in yourself. It isn’t short so I completely understand if you don’t have the time or want to take this.
It consists of 4 parts:
Part One: Just some general preferences regarding her like her ships, wardrobe, plot lines and characterization.
Part Two: Viewership and how consistently you watched the show.
Part Three: Your opinions on her treatment on the show
Part Four: The shortest part having to do with your personal experience watching the character and being in the fandom.
It’ll be open for quite a while because I’m just not that popular and just don’t have that kind of pull, and I want to get enough responses to draw more accurate conclusions.I’ll give warning before I close the survey and I will be sharing
the results in a post and those conclusions once it’s closed ad I’ve analyzed it so that you can draw your own conclusions and more than likely disprove mine.

Now the reason why I’m doing this mainly curiosity but also…
It’s no secret that TVD’s ratings tanked during the later seasons mostly due to a drop in quality, but there’s also the Bonnie Bennett factor and her treatment that contributes to that. I know there are plenty of people that stopped watching because of her treatment as a character and I wanted to analyze how much tat played into our viewership of the show. I can say a general statement like “most Bonnie fans were dissatisfied with her treatment on the show and stopped watching, and/or only stayed to support her” but I wanted to see if that’s really true because in my experience on other forums and such not a lot of people defend her as a character, and a lot of those people claim to be fans of her. Are those fake fans or do they really make up a lot f her fan base? That’s basically what this aims to find out.
I know a lot of you have absolutely no clue who I am which isn’t surprising since I’ve only been on tumblr for about six months and I’m about as antisocial online as I am in life, but I genuinely want people’s opinions, so please take this survey – it’s long but revolves completely around Bonnie and your enjoyment of her character, so it’s not too grueling.
due to the temporary loss of her magic, bonnie is unable to go with the others to rescue klaus. she never expected this. never thought his absence would tear her up like this.
