After realizing how much of an outcast Skye had been around Shield since given powers,
she finds it in herself to leave. Eventually, Skye tags along with Grant Ward, the new head of Hydra. Along the way, she learns Ward has powers himself, making the two of them more relatable than she thought before. Together, they lead a path of pain and destruction, soon becoming the most wanted in the states and slowly, the world.
