This makes so much sense to me. I have Hotep coworker, and I didn’t even know what that was at the time so the first conclusion I came to about him was that he was a Black Republican. I don’t mean a Black guy who identifies as Republican but rather all the same core values of a Republican but the black version of it. I came to this conclusion after a conversation we had about politics, as they do with someone this extreme, and realized he had more excuses for Trump than Obama, in fact he only had excuses for Trump saying he was the government’s scape goat and that Obama did nothing in office but make it legal for the gays to get married with complete resentment. Like I understand not quite liking Obama as a president, there are some legitimit argument about his presidency, none of which republicans can seem to make, he wasn’t the worst president, but not the best, definitely better than his predecessor and successor, so of all the issues to take that’s his gripe, one of the good things he’s done.

So having to interact with one every other day where he seems to be trying to recruit me to some race war where I would just be married to some soldier, have 10 kids, and take care of him while he fights, makes so much fucking sense.
